I love autumn in Miami! These past few days brought back so many memories. This is the time of the year that when we were homeschooling I would look at my children and say, "Let's go to Fairchild to do school." The dry cooler breeze would also take my dad outdoors. At this time of the year, he would be outside prepping the vegetable garden or enjoying scooping up the leaves from the pool. The weather takes me back and at the same time keeps me longing for certain ocassions, especially one in particular. Fall nights are perfect for sitting in our front yard next to the fire pit, sipping coffee, and enjoying the present which is a present. As Alice Herz-Sommer said, "Everything is a present." <3
